Students Demand $ 800 Sony Torts

Changes in software on a console like the PS3 has been known to affect consumers around the world. Trebilcock is the first gamers in Australia, who allegedly filed a compensation.
Trebilcock, buy a PS3 in March 2007 and then some time ago, tried to install the new OS as advertised by Sony.
Sony PS3 before it has a feature that allows users to replace PlayStation PS3 operating system with different standards, such as Linux and allows them to use the device as a personal computer and video game consoles.
However, since the one last April, Sony removes features 'optional upgrade', so that users can not use it as a computer. Trebilcock has submitted its claim to the Holden Hill Magistrates Court.
"One of the reasons I bought the PS3 because of the console allows me to use it as a computer, and not for gaming consoles, but the feature is now removed," he said.
