Created by internationally-renowned barista David Cooper and is a blend of Jamaican Blue Mountain and the exclusive Kopi Luwak bean. The reason for this exclusive gourmet coffee to be so expensive £50 per cup, is its content Kopi Luwak, which is made from beans eaten, partly digested, and then expelled by the Indonesian civet cat. The cats, which live in the foliage of plantations across south-east Asia, are said to pick the best and ripest coffee berries.
