Motorola Xoom, First Tablet With Android Honeycomb

Motorola uses the event of Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2011 as the launch site Xoom.

Tablets of this one is special because it’s the first tablet where embed with the Android operating system Honeycomb.

Honeycomb aka Android 3.0 is claimed to be the first Android operating system created specifically for the tablet.
Xoom be special because the first tablet adopt the Honeycomb.

Xoom is armed with dual core processors and have a speed of 1 GHz.
In addition, Xoom also powered by a memory of 1 GB, 32 GB internal storage capacity and can be enlarged by using the SD card.

For display, the Motorola set-size 10.1-inch LCD screen. Xoom also has two cameras, 2 MP resolution on the front and 5 MP in the back that accompanied the lights flash.

Unlike other cell phone or tablet, in the bezel Xoom does not have a single button. All controls are controlled from the touch screen, while, at the side of the tablet have a number of such micro USB connector and HDMI to be able to watch HD video through the television.

Chief Executive Sanjay Jha believes, Xoom will be a strong competitor in the market tablet and thanks to Google's software Honeycomb, which created specifically for tablet computers.
