Asus has officially announced the upcoming M930. The new device has a similar look to the Nokia E90, but still has a decent set of specs to go along with it. The M930 Communicator will feature a 2-inch QVGA external display with numeric keypad and a larger 2.6-inch 400 x 240 internal display with full QWERTY keyboard. The device will be running Windows Mobile 6 Standard and have a Texas Instruments 2431 processor at 450MHz, 256MB of ROM, 64MB of RAM, 2-megapixel camera with auto-focus, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a microSD slot for additional storage. No word yet on pricing or availability date, however there is speculation that it will be revealed during CeBIT in March.
