The need for a floppy disc never experienced the peak in the mid-1990s when nearly all computers use the equipment capacity is 1.44 MB. However, demand for floppy discs continued to decline since the development of CD-R, CD-RW, even USB flash disc that offers data storage capacities are much greater.
