Suunto G6 Golf Watch
Do you like this story?
Writer Ron Harris had the opportunity to review the Suunto G6 Golf Watch, he seems pretty pleased with his find, but here's a lowdown on what you can expect from this watch. The watch can digitally monitor and store data from the wearer's movements, including the club speed, swing tempo and rhythm as well as scoring. The watch looks to remove a few variables from your golf game, or at least limit variables to things you can control. Before starting the game you need to go online and downloaded the course's scorecard yardage and pars and then transfer the information into the watch using the Golf Manager software it comes with. After playing you need to hook up the watch via the provided USB cable to your comp and in the "contents" pane of the Golf Manager application your details emerge. The uploaded information can be analyzed in hopes of improving your game. Manufactured by the Finnish Company Suunto, the Suunto G6 Golf Watch sells for $399.
